You may find yourself looking for ways to push down or avoid the feelings that come up and look for ways to avoid people or situations that trigger these sensations. The trouble is, the feelings never really go away.
Yoga therapy offers a safe place to come home to: relief from tension held in the body, a nourishing environment to regulate your nervous system and somatic practices to manage intense feelings and sensations that come up during day to day life.
All yoga therapy sessions are offered by certified Embodiment Yoga Therapist™ Melissa Redden. Melissa is also a registered Yoga Teacher, certified Somatic Thai Massage practitioner and wellness professional specializing in perinatal support.
