You are not alone. The transition to motherhood can be full of conflicting emotions and challenges related to pregnancy, childbirth, life changes, health concerns and much more. Whether you’re experiencing Baby Blues, perinatal depression, anxiety or stress, we have tools to help support you as a mother.

 

Prenatal & Postpartum Yoga Therapy

During pregnancy and the first few months as you physically recover and get to know your little one, we utilize gentle strategies to help you feel safe in your body, experiencing feelings of restfulness and explore tools for managing challenging moments as a parent. As your physical recovery progresses we may begin to explore adding movement into your practice or continue to explore restfulness and ease.

Individual sessions are available both in-person or online. Wherever possible we recommend arranging childcare for your baby during your individual sessions but can also support you with your baby present.

Prenatal Somatic Thai Massage

Working with the ever-changing pregnant body, prenatal Thai Yoga Massage helps to relieve discomfort, encourage rest and prepare mothers for labour. All the physical and energetic benefits of a Somatic Thai Yoga Massage with gentle adaptations for pregnancy.

Postpartum Unwind

Gentle, nourishing care for new mothers. The “fourth trimester” following birth is a time for parents and babies to connect, to focus on physical and emotional healing and rest whenever possible. Postpartum Unwind focuses on soothing the nervous system, inviting rest and opening up the upper body that often becomes constricted from many hours of holding and feeding. Available 6 weeks postpartum and beyond.

Infant Massage Instruction

Invite nurturing touch to connect with your little one while supporting their developing body systems. These individualized infant massage sessions will build on your innate ability to nurture your baby with gentle touch by expanding your repertoire of massage strokes and adding gentle movements to connect with and comfort your baby while supporting their healthy development.
