Whether you’re experiencing Baby Blues, perinatal depression, anxiety or stress, we have tools to help support you as a mother.
Prenatal & Postpartum Yoga Therapy
During pregnancy and the first few months as you physically recover and get to know your little one, we utilize gentle strategies to help you feel safe in your body, experiencing feelings of restfulness and explore tools for managing challenging moments as a parent. As your physical recovery progresses we may begin to explore adding movement into your practice or continue to explore restfulness and ease.
Individual sessions are available both in-person or online. Wherever possible we recommend arranging childcare for your baby during your individual sessions but can also support you with your baby present.
